Become a Mentee

Your involvement

As a Mentee, you commit yourself to actively participate in all six days of activities listed below, which form a coherent and solid pathway to help you build your career project.

All these activities will gradually lead you to become aware of your professional aspirations, your skills and assets, to specify your professional project, to enhance the value of your doctoral experience, to present yourself on the job market (IN and OUT of Academia) and to establish a strategy for action.

Throughout the course, you will be supervised by a dynamic team in order to target the most appropriate resource persons (Mentors) for the development of your professional project. You will also be regularly put in contact with potential Mentors and other representatives of the labour market (HR, Mentors, representatives of sectors of activity, other support programmes).
